Players seeking housing

Players wishing to be housed with local host families, please complete the Player Housing Request online.

NOTE (9/20/23): Housing inventory is extremely limited. It is unlikely we will be able to make any further placements for this year's tournament. 

Additional lodging is available with our partner hotels. 

Hosts wishing to host a player

Local residents wishing to host a player in their home or other accommodations, please complete the Housing Host Application online.  We will confirm receipt of the application now, and reach out to you closer to the event date with player placement information as the placements are assigned.
